I really hated hearing about Ricky. I know I should have done this before now but it just seems so unreal. I know Ricky did some hard time in the Marine Corps but he was my friend and I hate that he is gone. I hate it for who he left behind to because Ricky was a good guy I knew him through school and through our time at Cherry Point. I am truly sorry for your loss, and I miss ya brother.

Brother we had some good times at Cherry Point NC. I remember you always had that smile. I remember many of times you’d knock on my door just to BS or hang out. You were a great Marine and I’m sure an even better soldier. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this challenging time. Semper Fi Deppen
