Frank was born August 11, 1997 in Flint, Michigan to Francis and Annette (Miller) Stevens Jr. He graduated from Clio High School in 2015 and enlisted in the United States Navy. He was currently serving as a communication specialist in Dubai. Frank was a previous member of New Covenant Free Methodist Church in Clio. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, and Jujitsu. Most of all, Frank loved wrestling and spending time with his family.
