February 10, 2018 was the worst day of my life. Part of me died with him…for fifteen years we fought to help him heal from the War he bright home with him after serving with the 3rd ID in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom…He had such a good heart and loved to make people smile and laugh…He has five children and a daughter who passed before him. He battled PTSD and became a shell of who he was before he left us …He fought but in the end he couldn’t defeat what he brought home.
